DELIVERY

Our standard delivery services are completed between 11 am – 5 pm. We have slots for you to choose from as your preferred time for delivery. Unfortunately, time-specific deliveries are currently unavailable to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations.

1. Please give specific location. For the delivery, our runner will only wait at the lobby for the receiver to pickup.Please ensure that someone is available to assist with receiving the helium balloons delivery order at the earliest time-slot specified with us, as re-delivery charges may apply if no one is available to accept within 15 minutes. Penalty RM10 for additional 15mins waiting time.
(Additional RM5 for door to door delivery for apartments/Shopping malls/ Restaurants on table reservation since they have to park.)*optional

“I wish it could be a surprise”

We understand that the element of surprise is extremely important. If you want to notify the receiver that the gifts has arrived, you can use your own phone number instead. This way, the runner will be able to contact you once he is at his location.

2. CHANGES
* Time/ Place cannot be change once booking has been made. If time change, we wont responsible if delivery is late.
* Wordings on balloon cannot be change after u have proceed your order. Every changes will be charge depends on the design.
* Cake/cupcakes colour theme cannot be change, we will follow accordingly to the colour u chose.

3. We will also not responsible if any
* BALLOON LEAK of gas after you have receive the balloons. The balloon will be leak of gas if the balloons hit with sharp objects or if the balloon is place at high temperature. So make sure to book 1-2 hours before your function / party / event start, since the longer the time, the smaller the balloons will be.
* BALLOONS GET TANGLED if the receiver combines the balloon bouquet together at once. Our runner will always make sure to pass to the receiver one by one so it wont tangled to one another.

♡basic helium can last up to 8hrs only
♡foil number helium can last up to 3-5days
♡balloon jumbo 24 inch can last up to 1week
♡normal hot air balloon can last up to months as long dont hit sharp objects or put at high temperature
♡latex hot air can last 1-2days before the transparent balloon colour faded.

4. If there’s any cancellation, no refundable payment.You can get a shop credit for the amount you paid for a future order. There will be no expiration date, and you are free to switch items if you change your mind.

PICKUP

1. Self-pickup payment is not available via cash.

2. Once you’ve place your order:

– Make sure you wear your mask and scan on MYSejahtera before pickup your item,
– Do pickup on time.

3.Any delay in pickup we wont responsible if the balloon is leaked of gas since we will pump 1hr before ur pickup slot

  4. We will pump your balloon based on your booking time slot and you’re good to go once you’ve arrive at our place. Pickup at 1st floor above guardian. You or your runner NEED to come up instead of waiting downstairs since we lack of staff to pass to u. ( u can double park for awhile since the item is ready to be picked up)
 *Friendly reminders, we wont entertain rude or fussy grab/lalamove driver that resist to park and pickup upstairs

 5.Time cannot be change once booking has been made. If time change, we wont responsible for balloons that leaked out of gas. / flowers getting wilt

 6.We will also not responsible if any BALLOON LEAK of gas after you/your runner have pickup the balloons. So book and pickup 1-2 hours before your function / party / event start is highly recommended due to longer the time the balloon will become smaller(helium only).

7.Last pickup time is at 5pm. If you late and come after 5pm, we will put ur items at out of our gate downstairs and its also out of our responsibility. Make sure to plan ur time to pickup your item accordingly to the time u booked ur order.

 8. If there’s any cancellation, no refundable payment. You can get a shop credit (only if your item havent been prepared by us)for the amount you paid for a future order. There will be no expiration date, and you are free to switch items according to amount u paid if you change you mind.

9. Return & Refunds
* Orders that have already been placed are not refundable & returnable.
* We practice one-to-one replacement should there be any problem with our products upon self pick-up.
* Upon delivery or acceptance of the product, full responsibility goes to the receiver.
